Help Keep Mission Fest 2026 Free!

One of our key goals as we plan Mission Fest BC 2026 is to continue offering free conference admission. At Mission Fest 2025 we provided free general admission and free school field trip access for over 900 students. We also provided exhibitor booth discounts to missions agencies that wouldn’t have been able to be there otherwise. We want to do all this again!

Regardless of venue costs, conference length, or even if there are high-profile speakers, we want everyone to be able to experience Jesus freely. Achieving this requires deep trust in His leadership and miraculous provision—but thankfully, He delights in guiding and providing!

This year we believe the Father wants us to trust Him to supply half of our conference budget through donations, raising $50,000 by the end of 2025. The largest expenses ahead of us, the “big rocks in the jar”, include:

  • Venue rental
  • Audio/visual tech, sound, and lighting
  • Exhibitor hall equipment, furnishings, and setup
  • Paying the remaining expenses from the 2025 conference ✅ Done!

As we kick into “high-gear” to plan everything, we want to invite you to partner with us in a fresh way over the next five months. Would you consider committing to a small monthly donation between now and February?

If Jesus moves your heart to contribute financially—whatever the amount, and whether a monthly or one-time gift—we thank you and lift praises to our God who supplies all our needs!

Are you donating on behalf of a non-profit organization? Please use our Donate as a Non-Profit form instead.

When donating through this form, an additional donation to Zeffy will be suggested. This donation is voluntary and helps Zeffy provide us with zero-fee credit card processing. You have the option to adjust the amount to your preference, including setting it to zero if you choose. We want to ensure transparency and empower you to make an informed decision.
