About Mission Central
The Missions Festival Society was formed in 1987 to continue the work of hosting annual Missions Fest Vancouver conferences—a work that began in 1984, and has continued to the present!
In 2019, the Missions Festival Society changed its name to Mission Central Christian Society. In addition to hosting annual Mission Fest conferences, Mission Central also seeks opportunities year-round to encourage and equip Jesus’ disciples to participate in the Great Commission.
Our most recent conferences have used the name Mission Fest BC, since some conferences have now been held in other locations. We believe this change opens the door to future province-wide collaboration.

Mission Central was launched in 2017 in response to a growing need for a year-round hub for mission resources in Vancouver and area, and beyond. Read more
