The Canadian Evangelical Mission Engagement Study

The Canadian Evangelical Missions Engagement Study Series is the first ever comprehensive national research on how Canadian Evangelicals engage with “mission” or “missions.” With over 3,400 Canadians polled and qualitative interviews with 56 Evangelicals, this series of reports provides a snapshot of how and why Canadian Evangelicals engage with missions, and forms a baseline for future study.

A forthcoming fifth report in this series will look at mission definitions and mission geography. These reports are produced in cooperation with the Canadian Missions Research Forum.

Lausanne Movement

The unique calling of the Lausanne Movement is to connect influencers and ideas for global mission. Across the world today, men and women are faithfully stewarding God’s call as leaders and people of influence in organizations, churches, schools, and marketplaces. What would happen if these men and women were to gather together to form God-inspired, catalytic connections within and across regions, generations, shared interests, and ideas?

Linking Global Voices

Linking Global Voices serves the global missions community by focusing on the unique role of networks. We live in an unprecedented period of mission history. The new paradigm of “from anywhere to everywhere” is by nature complex, resulting in an increasing need to partner with others for effective ministry. Networks are a strategic tool for ministry leaders navigating the complexities of the globalized world of missions. Mission minded churches and agencies are developing their “network engagement strategy”. Healthy networks facilitate the sharing of resources and are constantly birthing partnerships.

Missio Nexus

Missio Nexus engages people who serve within the Great Commission with ideas, events, and resources which propel the gospel around the world.

STM Leader

STM Leader exists to build the strongest short-term mission in the world. We build confident leaders, incredible teams, and expect life-changing experiences for everyone involved. We are committed to the local church sending a first STM team, as well as agencies that send dozens of teams a year. We are fanatical about going, and obsessive about how leaders and team members prepare. Grow Your Mission!

WEA Mission Commission

TheMission Commission(MC) exists to catalyse a community of global leaders and provide a platform for multi-cultural voices to advance God’s mission. Check out their list of Networks & Task Force with contacts which may help you advance in mission.
